ILDS Sister Societies’ Meetings
The 26th World Congress of Dermatology (WCD2027), which will be held in Guadalajara, Mexico, June 21-26, 2027, at the Expo Guadalajara, is well underway and it is with great pleasure that we can offer a unique opportunity.
ILDS Members are entitled to organise their meetings for the benefit of WCD2027 delegates. They represent an additional value to the main World Congress Scientific Programme and are meant to showcase activities and expertise in Dermatology from around the world.
The ILDS Sister Societies’ Meetings are scientific sessions that take place on the 21st of June 2027, before the beginning of the 26th World Congress of Dermatology (WCD2027)’s official Scientific Programme.
GUIDELINES:
- The sessions are to be developed and managed by the participating societies;
- Meetings can be held by ILDS Members in good standing;
- All participants and faculty must be registered to WCD2027;
- The sessions can be held in any language;
- No simultaneous translation will be provided during the congress;
- ILDS Members have to inform the Scientific Committee if their meetings are supported by Sponsors. The Scientific Committee will evaluate and then decide if these sponsorships interfere or conflict with the main WCD2027 fundraising;
- If the sponsorship is allowed, the content of the session must be scientific and must not have marketing purposes. Sponsors’ advertisement material can be displayed inside the room only. Sponsoring an ILDS Sister Society meeting does not entitle the sponsor as a WCD2027 sponsor. Sponsors are not allowed to advertise or claim that they are supporting the WCD2027;
ILDS Members will be financially liable for all aspects related to the session organisation.
Since many ILDS Members are already planning WCD events for 2027, we would like to recommend an early booking. Meeting rooms and audiovisual support have been negotiated at heavily discounted rates, which will be offered directly to participating Societies.
All ILDS Sister Societies’ Meetings will be held on June 21st, from 08.30 to 17.30.
Meeting Costs:
Meeting Duration Half Day + Room Capacity of 150 people or less: USD 2.000
Meeting Duration Half Day + Room Capacity of more than 150 people: USD 3.500
Meeting Duration Full Day + Room Capacity of 150 people or less: USD 3.500
Meeting Duration Full Day + Room Capacity of more than 150 people: USD 6.000
Meeting Duration:
Full day from 08.30 to 17.30
Half day am from 08.30 to 12.30
Half day pm from 13.30 to 17.30
